Refunds policy

Returning items

We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

All returns must be eligible; your item(s) must be in the same condition upon which you received them. They must be unused, complete with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an e-mail to to request a return or if you have a question concerning your return.

Upon receiving your request, Spontan Natural Wines will carefully examine if your request is eligible. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted in any way. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale offers or gift cards.


Once your returned item has been received, it will be thoroughly inspected. We will inform you whether your return request was accepted or not. If accepted, you will be automatically be refunded on your original payment method.  Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


When a return request is accepted, the most convenient way to receive your item of choice is to make a separate purchase for that item on our website.

Damages and issues

Our main objective is to get you the wine. Once the wine leaves our storage facility and the 3rd party shipper has taken responsibility for the package, we are no longer liable for any damages or lost packages. Please contact us if this does happen to you so that we can help to resolve the issue.

We kindly ask you to inspect your order closely upon reception. If the item appears to be damaged or broken, do not accept the package. We look forward to your order and if you have any questions about shipping, then please contact

Exceptions / faulty items

Once a item has been opened, it cannot be returned. This is due to the fact that items like wine, cider or beer are perishable goods. Despite our best efforts and highest selection criteria, it can occur that an item is flawed. If you have any concerns in regards to your item, please get in touch with us: We will handle your question with the utmost care and look for a solution.

Items that have been depleted by more than a quarter of its content are considered to be consumed. Hence, such items cannot be returned to us under any circumstance. Faulty items must be delivered to us manually and can never be sent.
